We got the condo in Chicago- can’t believe it. We are still NOT out of the San Diego thoughts- so keep your cards, listings and letters coming.
Also I want to commend you on how you handle yourself, and tell you what a fantastic real estate agent you are especially compared to the guy we used in Chicago. He was completely unengaged, not caring, and aloof. We probably spent a total of 25-30 hours looking at property, and meeting at the unit with contractors to estimate the re-do. This in our opinion was not too much, and that was over a year’s time frame. We bought the place, he showed up at the closing, dropped us off at our hotel, and went on his way. We have NOT heard one word from him since. Not even a card, bottle of wine, flowers, or phone call to see how we did the first night.
I am absolutely sure you would NEVER do that. While I do not necessarily think a real estate agent needs to bring gifts- a phone call at a minimum shows you care. He didn’t, doesn’t, and will NEVER get any of our business again. Even the mortgage broker came to the closing (closings are very formal there) with a bottle of wine, congratulating us. What an ASS.
So the morale of my note is that you have spoiled Amy and I with your good deeds, and I know one day we will buy something from you. Amy and I said more than once during the Chicago thing we wished it was YOU.

Thank you so much for walking me through my first time homebuyer's minefield. You were tenacious and supportive of what I wanted and maybe more importantly, what I needed. You let me look at dozens of properties, making yourself available to me at the most ridiculous times, all the while knowing that thefirst place I liked so much would be the place I would eventually settle on.
I appreciate that you walked me through putting in my first offer, countering, and re-countering to ultimately walk away and focus on a different unit in the same complex that had slightly different pro's and con's. Once all the real estate brokering was done you handed me off to a very competent Loan Officer who continued with the same tenacity for
finding the right loan that you showed in finding the right home.
I am nearly at the 2 year mark in my condo and when the time comes to sell you can rest assured your phone will be ringing. I always pass along your name as a referal when I hear of someone looking for a home and I wish you the best successes in your career.
PS. I appreciate, more than you can imagine, the constant contact that you keep. The monthly letters that come out with helpful hints, the invites to social happy hours, the reminders and tokens that show you really cared about my homebuying and maintaining experience. I know we are all in business to stay in business but I feel like you truly care about my future and that makes all the difference.

My experience with Mike Wolf has been fantastic. From the very first phone call to the closing of escrow, Mike was knowledgeable, forthright, organized and efficient. He gave me just the right amount of attention - not too pushy and made himself available to me whenever I had a question.
